How does ordering work?

Cookies are available online every day but will not ship out/be delivered until the following Monday. Any cookies ordered after Saturday at 9am will be sent out the following weekend.

When do cookies ship out?

Cookies ship out the following Monday through Canada Post. A courier is used for out of province orders.

When are cookies delivered through local delivery?

Cookies are delivered the following Monday between 10-5pm.

Which cities are included in local delivery?

Local delivery includes Niagara Falls, Pelham, Port Colborne, St. Catharines, Thorold and Welland.

Where is free pick up?

You can pick up your order for free at Preston Pies or at Jordan Pizza on the following Tuesday. Please see their Facebook pages for hours.

How long are the cookies good for?

Our cookies last up to 7-10 days in their packages.

Can they be frozen?

You can freeze the cookies in their packages and they will last up to 2 months in the freezer. When you want one, you can thaw it out for 20 minutes or throw into the microwave for less than 30 seconds.


Can you bake the dough and make cookies out of it?

Yes you can! Scoop out the dough on to a baking sheet and form into balls. Press down and pop them in the oven for 10 minutes at 350. 

How long does the cookie dough last for?

Each jar of cookie dough will have a best before date. Cookie dough can last for up to 3 months in the fridge.

What if my cookie dough looks separated?

The oils in the cookie dough can make it look separated. Just stir it up and you are good to go!
